We are excited to see you on your holiday! We have compiled some extra information here for you, based on questions that we are often asked.

GUEST INFORMATION BOOK:

We are thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us at Iconic Kirra Beach Resort. As an environmentally conscious resort, we don't have a traditional in-room paper guide on how to use things. Instead, we have developed a complete online guide to assist you with everything during you stay!

This link will assist you with everything you need to know, including information about your arrival, check in, how to use things in your apartment and things you need to know about the area and our building during you’re stay.We look forward to welcoming you to the stunning Kirra Beach area and hope your ready to make beautiful memories during your stay.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Our front office is open from 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am - 3pm (Saturday & Sunday).  

If you are arriving outside these hours, your keys will be available through our after hours service. Please make sure that we have an Australian mobile number for you so that we can send you a text with the code to open the night safe. If you are an international guest, we would suggest that you email us the day prior to arrival for detailed information.  If you have any issues on arrival, you can contact our night service on 07 5618 8500.  Please come to reception at 9am the next morning to officially check in. 

HOUSEKEEPING FOR STAYS OF 5 DAYS OR LONGER:

At The Iconic, if your stay with us is 5 days or longer, we have reduced your rate by not including housekeeping.  As the apartments are fully self-contained we have made a full service an optional extra (as you may freshen any items in the laundry in your apartment). The Full service charge includes a change of linen, towels, bathroom clean and kitchen tidy. UNIT TYPES:

We have a few choices available when booking an apartment at Iconic Kirra Beach Resort. We have designated our apartments as either Premier Ocean View Apartments or Standard Ocean View apartments. Both apartment types are modern, spacious and offer new furniture and facilities.  They feature a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry and bedrooms. Our Premier Ocean View apartments have sweeping ocean views, while our standard ocean view apartments offer views from the balcony. You will certainly love the location and views from all our apartments here at Iconic Kirra Beach Resort!  You also have the choice between a high or low floor. Our guaranteed high floor apartments are designated from the 6th floor or higher. Make sure you have booked a high floor if this is something that you require for your holiday.

Please note that all our self contained apartments are two and three bedrooms.  We do offer one bedroom apartments (when available) to assist our guests and to ensure a more economical choice is available for couples.  The one bedroom apartments are simply 2 bedroom apartments without access to the second bedroom and bathroom. (Please note: If you book a one bedroom and use items in the 2nd bedroom, you will be charged the 2 bedroom rate.)

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE / COT HIRE / HIGH CHAIRS:

Guests can certainly arrange additional people to stay in their apartment. Please email our front desk to arrange in advance - stay@iconickirra.com.au
The cost for an additional bed is $50 per night. We can also arrange cot hire & high chair hire for your infants at $15 per night.

SECURITY PARKING:

Each apartment includes complimentary parking for one car in our underground, secure car park. The height of our car park is 2.1m. 

WIFI, FOXTEL & NETFLIX:

Wifi, Foxtel & Netflix are all FREE when staying with us at Iconic Kirra Beach Resort. You will need to use your own Netflix account when logging in through our WIFI. 

BABYSITTING:

We can arrange a babysitter for your stay if you want to have a night out. The service we use provide sitters with working with Children QLD / NSW Blue Cards, Current First Aid & CPR and a minimum 3 years experience in working with children. Please contact our office on 07 5618 8500

RECYCLING:

At The Iconic we love our planet and want to give back! Recycling is easy here! When you stay with us, our recycling bins are located next to our lifts on the Ground Level. It is the big door as you turn left when exiting the lift.

POOL & GYM:

During your stay, you can enjoy our spacious heated pool (year round), BBQ area and gym located on the 2nd Floor. You will need your swipe keys to access this area.  Pool hours are 7am to 9pm. 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS & THEME PARK TICKETS:

At The Iconic we are able to organise airport transfers for you! Just give us a call with your flight information on 07 5618 8500.  You can also book all your theme park tickets before you arrive. Jump onto our site and see what specials are available. We can also assist you with so much to do during your stay. Don't hesitate to come see us at the office.

TAXIS:

Our front office has a direct line with the taxi company and can quickly book and print a voucher for you during your stay. This is the best way to travel around the area as you are guaranteed a fixed rate and you do not pay any credit card surcharges. See the front desk during your stay to take advantage of this service. 

PATROLLED BEACHES:

Kirra Point is a patrolled beach with flags going up at 8am everyday and closing at 5pm. We are also close to Coolangatta Beach, Snapper Rocks & Duranbah. There are surf spots and quiet swimming areas for everyone!
